SHIPMENT INFORMATION

All orders from our store can be tracked throughout the logistics process
The email you received with the tracking information is the best resource for updates and delivery schedule of your order. When we have successfully shipped the merchandise, a logistics number will be issued (in your email),

If you signed in to a registered account when you shopped online, you can also view your order history and status on the My Account page.

In addition, we assure you that any delay in shipment will not affect your return or exchange period. All returns and exchanges are based on the delivery date of your order.

Note:

1) All roof tents and RTT awnings are not available for ground transportation and cannot be expedited.

2) For orders paid with Paypal, we will consider the date of receipt of payment as the order date, so the processing and shipping time are based on that order date;

3) If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, we strongly recommend that you use fast shipping, which is much faster and is guaranteed.

4) Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service.

5) Larger items will be shipped by truck freight (LTL). Truck freight is tailgate only. You must have someone available to inspect and unload the freight item. All of our tents ship LTL.

6) Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in delivery.
